The biological activities of chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 2 (CCL2) are mediated via C-C receptor-2 (CCR2). Increased CCL2 level is associated with metastasis many cancers. In our study, we investigated the role CCL2/CCR2 axis in development spontaneous intestinal tumorigenesis using ApcMin/+ mouse model. Ablation CCR2 mice significantly increased overall survival and reduced tumor burden. Immune cell analysis showed that CCR2−/−ApcMin/+ exhibited significant reduction myeloid population interferon γ (IFN-γ) producing T cells both spleen mesenteric lymph nodes compared to mice. tumors levels interleukin (IL)-17 IL-23 IFN-γ Granzyme B tumors.
